A range of straight turning, mill turn and ‘y’ axis equipped lathes enable us to cope with a vast range of turning requirements.
With bar feeding capacity upto 60mm diameter and billets to a maximum size of 12 inches in diameter, we have machinery to meet most demands.
Equipped with current fanuc programming controls, complex components can be efficiently programmed and produced at one setting.
This allows for minimised set-up times and provides high accuracy between features. Components can also be engraved with serial numbers for complete traceability.
Our current cnc turning machinery includes:-
2 x Mori Seiki NL2000 Mill/Turn CNC Lathes. Equipped with a Dia 8” chuck, 12 station turret with driven tooling of 6000 rpm max speed. Machines upgraded to included in-cycle broaching facility.
1 x Mori Seiki NL1500 Mill/Turn CNC Lathe. Equipped with a Dia 8” chuck, 12 station turret with driven tooling of 6000 rpm max speed.
1 x Mori Seiki DT2030 CNC Lathe. Equipped with a Dia 8” chuck allowing 65mm bar capacity and 4000 rpm spindle speed.
1 x Mori Seiki SL25 CNC Lathe. Equipped with a Dia 10” chuck, 12 station turret and 1050 max machining length.
2 x Doosan Lynx 300 CNC Lathe. Equipped with an Dia 10” chuck allowing 2.5” bar capacity and 4500rpm spindle.
