Owning a comprehensive range of cnc milling machinery allows us the flexibility to cope with both large and small batches across a wide range of material shapes and sizes.
All machines are networked and thus can be programmed on or off-line for maximum efficiency. Once proven, data is routinely stored for future requirements.
With machine specifications including 5 axis (simultaneous) machining, Renishaw probing (for increased in-cycle accuracy & repeatability to within 0.005mm), Glass scales (for increased accuracy via thermal compensation), high speed spindles, through nose coolant and 4th axis attachments. We are also able to produce components efficiently, to particularly tight tolerances and with repeatability.
Our current cnc milling machinery includes:-
1 x Haas VF3-SS fully simultaneous 5 axis machining centre. Equipped with a 24 tool carousel and 12,000 rpm spindle speed with through nose coolant.
1 x Mori Seiki Duravertical 5100 machining centre. Equipped with 30 tool carousel, 10,000 rpm spindle speed and 4th axis attachment.
1 x Doosan.DNM 5700 Equipped with 30 tool carousel, 12,000 rpm spindle.
1 x Haas Mini-mill. Equipped with 10 tool carousel, 6,000 rpm spindle speed and a 4th axis attachment.
