In contrast to our precision machining facilities, we also have a manual fitting and assembly department where any pre or post machining ‘bench-fitting’ operations can be completed and small sub or component assembly work is undertaken.
Other processes available on-site include surface and cylindrical grinding, pressure testing, vapor blasting, pillar drills, broaching, dynamic balancing and a hydraulic press.
Projects are managed by dedicated project engineers for single point contact ensuring excellent communications. We will also offer advice on the optimum methods to produce products and look for simple ways of improving quality and cost.
