Single component, sub-assembly and bench fitting skills.
In contrast to our precision machining facilities, we also have a manual fitting and assembly department where any pre or post machining ‘bench-fitting’ operations can be completed and small sub or component assembly work is undertaken. Other processes available on-site include surface and cylindrical grinding, pressure testing, vapor blasting, pillar drills, broaching, dynamic balancing and a hydraulic press.
